Onboarding ProcessThe labor code of Tajikistan is a min act governing the onboarding of an employee. Once you agree to the terms and conditions with your future employee, you follow the process onboarding that is standardized and consists of the stipulated steps:
Probation PeriodThe trial period is only applied if stipulated in the labor agreement. The length of the probation period is three months. In some cases, the trial period cannot be applied. For example, an employee under 18 years, people with disabilities or fresh graduates.
